I remember walking into the gym for the first time, feeling completely lost and out of place. I saw other women lifting weights with confidence, but I felt like I didn’t belong. I was overwhelmed, insecure, and more than once, I left the gym in tears, swearing I’d never go back.
Desperate to feel better in my own skin, I turned to dieting - paleo was my go-to. But instead of helping, it triggered intense anxiety. I scrutinized every bite, feeling guilty for anything that wasn’t “clean.” It left me physically drained, emotionally exhausted, and completely done with feeling self-conscious
My journey with body image and dieting actually began much earlier, as I watched my mom and grandma battle with their weight. They jumped from one diet to the next, believing that the next one would finally be the solution. But instead of achieving their goals, they were left feeling defeated and more confused. Seeing them go through this made me determined to discover a different approach - one that truly works.
I decided to face my fears and go back to the gym, this time with a plan that felt right for me. I stopped obsessing over the scale, started healing my relationship with food, and slowly but surely, I began to see my body transform in ways that excited me.
Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of busy women like you do the same.
With certifications in personal training (CPT), multiple nutrition specialties, and a health mindset certification focused on psychology and behavior change, I’m not just handing you a plan.
